As those who have been involved with construction projects know, the on-site Superintendent is the single most important member of the construction team. This position requires a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, logistical ability, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

Your on-site Superintendent serves as the first line of defense with regard to schedule performance, cost control, construction quality, and job-site safety. As such, we cross-train our field professionals in key trades and select only the most experienced and talented individuals to take on the responsibility of Project Supervision.

In addition to years of on-the job construction experience, our Superintendents receive MIOSHA 30-hour (Safety) and Sustainable Construction Practices training.

Both Design/Build and Construction Management delivery methods enable our clients to be involved in Superintendent selection.
