We are fully committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and jobsites for our employees, subcontractors, and the general public. Our number one priority is for our employees and subcontracting partners to return safely home to their families at the end of each workday.
Working in an inherently dangerous industry, safety must always remain top of mind. As such, we have developed a top-down, proactive safety program that rewards safe work practices and holds employees and subcontractors accountable for their actions.
Our safety goal is to be accident and violation free on every job. To this end, we implement a rigorous Safety Accountability Program that is customized specifically for each project and incorporated into bid documents, sub-contractor agreements, and training.
The Associated Builders and Contractors, WMC acknowledged our efforts by awarding Pioneer Construction the 2009 Construction Safety Award of Excellence. While proud of this accomplishment, we understand that safety is an ongoing cultural mission.
Summit Training Source, the premier resource for environmental, health and safety training programs to more than 35,000 organizations worldwide, films instructional construction safety videos relating to safe crane operation, fall protection, aerial lift safety, and cold stress on Pioneer Construction jobsites.
